Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and [Owner name] (“we”) about the BXR VPN app and service. By using BXR you accept them. The app itself is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. The service
BXR sends your device’s internet traffic through our servers in the locations shown in the app.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple. Keep your devices secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One subscription covers up to 5 devices.
3. Subscription and payment
BXR Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription bought through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. If the price changes, Apple will tell you beforehand as required.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BXR to break the law; send spam; attack, scan or disrupt other systems; spread malware; infringe the rights of others, including copyright; share child sexual abuse material; or resell or share access. We may suspend or end access if you do, without a refund where the law allows.
5. Local laws
Some countries restrict the use of VPNs. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you use BXR.
6. Availability
We work to keep BXR fast and available, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted, work on every network or reach every site. Locations may change.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, BXR is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app and cancelling your subscription with Apple. We may end the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above; continuing to use BXR after that means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], except where the consumer laws of your country give you more protection.
